The WNC Ag Center's annual spring herb festival features heirloom veggies, herbs, goods, soil additions, and organic knowledge. For two days of herb celebration, top local herb growers, manufacturers of herbal products, herbalists, and experts in herbiculture, including growing herbs for culinary and medicinal uses, join together. Prepare to polish that herb garden! Permaculture, fruit plants, and all things herbal. If you want to avoid crowds, come later in the day.
