Updated March 13:

There are no confirmed cases in Buncombe County at this time.
Officials have issued a state of emergency for Buncombe County and the state of North Carolina to allow for preparations.
Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and guests.
We are actively implementing modifications to our operations following the March 12 recommendations from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to reduce mass gatherings of 100 people or more.
Beginning Saturday, March 14, we will be pacing entry into Biltmore House, exhibition spaces and Biltmore Winery to allow for social distancing recommended by the CDC and North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. We appreciate your understanding of this safety measure.
Stringent sanitation procedures are already part of Biltmore daily operations. In addition, hand sanitizers are available in convenient locations for guest use and our staff is receiving ongoing reinforcement for preventative measures following CDC guidelines.
If you choose to cancel your hotel reservation, we have adjusted our cancellation policy for you. Please call 866-336-1245 for details. For your convenience, please only call to cancel or reschedule your hotel reservation. Calls are answered in the order received; please stay on the line to reserve your place.
We continue to implement preventative measures in line with recommendations from the CDC, state, and local health officials.
We are closely monitoring updates and guidelines for any changes to ensure we are prepared and planning accordingly.
We are open and welcoming guests to our 8,000-acre estate. Should we make any updates for visiting Biltmore, we will post them for you here.
