Rutherford Individual Sought on Homicide Charges Surrenders

Rutherford County -- September 9, 2024: Rutherford Sheriff's Department: On Saturday, September 7th, 2024,

Jerry Wayne Martin turned himself into the Rutherford County Detention facility.

Martin had outstanding murder warrants. These charges stem from the murder investigation of Terry Wayne Brown.

Martin will have a first appearance before a District court Judge on Monday, September 9, 2024, where he will receive a bond.
