Asheville Police Search for Man Wanted on Over a Dozen Charges

Asheville -- May 29, 2022: A man is wanted on more than a dozen offenses, including counterfeiting and felony probation, according to the Asheville Police Department.

Christopher Michael LaPlante, of Marion, N.C., is wanted for Possession of a Counterfeit Instrument/Currency, Financial Card Theft, and Felony Probation Violation on 13 warrants.

LaPlante is 5 feet 10 inches, weighs around 170, and has brown hair and blue eyes.
