Asheville Police Search for 2 People: Theft from local business
Asheville -- March 25, 2022 The Asheville Police Department is asking the public's assistance to help identify
a couple of suspects who stole from a business last month.
On Feb. 17, two men entered a business at the 1600 block of Patton Ave. around 6:20 p.m. Surveillance footage then shows one man made a purchase and left the building about 10 minutes later and drove out of the parking lot in what appears to be an older, dark-colored Chevrolet Silverado with a silver toolbox in the bed. The other man continued to walk around the store until around 6:52 p.m. when he picked up a plasma cutter and exited the store via an emergency fire egress door. The cutter was valued around $1,000.
If anyone has information about the identity of either of these larceny suspects, please contact the Asheville Police Department.
