Third Flu Death in North Carolina

RALEIGH -- A 29-year-old woman died from the flu. She is the third flu death in North Carolina this flu season.

IScarlet Vanstory Levinston died Tuesday night from an apparent cardiac event caused by complications from the flu. She was a Raleigh resident, originally from Fayetville.

An elderly person was a victim of the flu, died last week.

Wake County school board member Kathy Hartenstine died from complications from the flu in September.
