Man Faces Drug Charges in Mitchell County

Mitchell County -- On April 25, 2025, Mitchell County Deputy was patrolling Green Young Cemetery and observed a vehicle in the cemetery. Upon further observation, he noticed a male subject behind the steering wheel.

The person appeared to have been asleep. Deputy Vance woke up the person and saw what appeared to be methamphetamine in his lap.

Possession Methamphetamine 
Posssess Drug Paraphernalia
