
Man Charged with Four Counts of Second-Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

Major Crimes Unit with the assistance of the Henderson County SWAT
and the North Carolina Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant at a residence in the Mills River Community.
Nathan David Furr Coble, age 20, was arrested and charged with four counts of Second-Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Following his arrest, Coble appeared before a magistrate who issued a secured bond at $400,000.00.

Under North Carolina General Statute 14-190.17 - A person commits the offense of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor if, knowing the character or content of the material, he distributes material that contains a visual representation of a minor engaging in sexual activity.
