She has been a long-time member of the Carolina Real Estate Investors Association (CREIA) and is known for mentoring new investors and providing private money lending. Beyond her professional achievements, Nancy is a proud mother of six and grandmother to 15. 🎤Matt McMaster: Matt McMaster is the founder of WNC Property Solutions, a real estate development firm in Asheville, NC, where he has bought, rehabbed, or built nearly 100 properties. With a background in private banking and a passion for creating mutually beneficial deals, Matt transitioned to real estate in 2016 and has since expanded his team and obtained his NC General Contractor’s license. Originally from Erie, PA, Matt now enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and exploring the Asheville area with his wife and young son.
