So, we got a Black Stone Grill this summer! My husband has wanted one for a long time. I couldn't believe my luck when I walked into Walmart and they had one already put together! Not only that, but it also had air fryers and a bun warmer!
Since COVID-19, we don't go out to eat and having this grill, we don't miss it! Tonight, we had yummy sandwiches and lobster cakes.
I bought boneless, skinless chicken that was already cut to use as chicken tenders, some provolone cheeze, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, taco seasoning, buns and a package of 4 lobster cakes. What an easy, tasty meal!
Recipe:
1 teaspon oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chcken
4 slices of provlone cheese
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 tablespoons mayo
lettuce
2 slices tomato
2 Buns (I bought mine in the bakery part of the store, so fresh)
1 package of lobster cakes
Spray oil into air fryer
Prep:
1) Cut 2 thin slices of tomato
3) Break up a small amount of lettuce
4) Measure out about 1 tablespoon of Taco Seasoning
5) Measure 2 tablespoons Mayo
6) Set aside 4 slices of Provolone Cheese
7) Open buns, they will be grilled face down
8) Open package of lobster cakes
Instructions:
Heat grill to medium heat
If you have an air fryer, spray a small amount of oil, place lobster cakes in for 15 min
On a flat stone grill, spread oil evenly.
Sprinkle taco seasoning or rub onto chicken
Place chicken onto grill.
On a flat stone grill, place buns onto small amount of oil. All grills, buns are opened and face down.
Flip chicken, when cooked, divide the chicken evenly into 2 groups, place 2 provolone cheese slices over each group. If possible, place a lid so cheese will melt evenly.
Remove buns. Apply Mayo, add lettuce, tomato onto lid of bun.
Remove cheese covered chicken onto bun.
Place lobster cakes on plates.
Enjoy!
