Terms of Use for WNCTimes LLC
1. Acceptance of Terms

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as agreed upon by the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through these methods, they agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haywood County,North Carolina.
