ASHEVILLE -- Shannon Lee Fox, 25, was arrested by Asheville Police.
Fox remains behind bars, charged with first-degree kidnapping, second-degree forcible sexual offense, assault by strangulation and assault on a female on September 25, 2018.
Fox is jailed with no bond in the Buncombe County Detention Center.
