Looking for a new best friend to brighten those chilly winter days? The Friends of Haywood County Animal Shelter (FHCAS) invites the community to a special Winter Adoption Event this Saturday, January 17th, at the PetSmart in Waynesville.
From 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, visitors will have the opportunity to meet a variety of adoptable dogs from the Haywood County Animal Shelter (HCAS). Whether you are looking for a hiking partner, a couch potato, or a loyal family companion, your "winter soulmate" might be waiting for you.
Good Food for a Good Cause
Adding to the festivities, the popular Woof Street Bistro food truck will be on-site. Known for their "food so good it’ll make you howl," they will be serving up lunch and treats, making it a perfect Saturday outing for the whole family.
