Two Held in Henderson County Jail After Commercial and Residential Drug Raids

Two individuals face multiple drug-related charges following a targeted narcotics investigation that led detectives to execute search warrants at a local commercial business and an Edneyville residence.

Henderson County -- August 25, 2026: Two individuals face multiple drug-related charges following a targeted narcotics investigation that led detectives to execute search warrants at a local commercial business and an Edneyville residence.

The operation was conducted by detectives with the Henderson County Drug Interdiction and Criminal Enforcement (HC DICE) unit, concluding an inquiry into several individuals suspected of selling and distributing methamphetamine across Henderson County.

During the enforcement phase, authorities served two separate search warrants:

  • Commercial Property: Highballer Vape, located at 1926 Spartanburg Highway, Unit B.

  • Residential Property: A private residence located in the Edneyville community.

Following the searches, law enforcement arrested and formally charged two suspects:

  • Andri Sugiharto:

    • Possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and/or deliver methamphetamine

    • Maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or other place for the use, storage, or sale of a controlled substance

  • Possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and/or deliver marijuana

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

  • Sarah Lee Russell:

    • Felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance

    • Possession of drug paraphernalia

  • Both Sugiharto and Russell are currently being held at the Henderson County Detention Center.

    According to the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office, the operation is part of an ongoing proactive effort by the HC DICE unit to identify, disrupt, and prosecute illegal narcotics networks operating in the region. Officials stated that no additional details are being released at this time to protect the integrity of the active case.

    All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
