Jackson County -- July 8, 2026: Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) Criminal Suppression Unit conducted a traffic stop on June 29th in the Whittier Community, after observing a traffic violation.
Deputies established probable cause to conduct a search of the vehicle after K9 Niko was deployed and alerted to the presence of narcotics.
During the search, approximately 1,005 grams of suspected was found and seized.
The following individuals were arrested and charged:

Conspire to Traffic in Methamphetamine by Possession
Conspire to traffic in Methamphetamine by Transportation

Both individuals received a $650,000 secured bond
