Three People Face Multiple Drug and Trefficking Charges in Rutherford County

Rutherford County -- August 19, 2025: Rutherford County Sheriff's Office Road Patrol conducted multiple traffic stops in the Henrietta area. The vehicles were believed to be leaving from 167 Hill St. in Mooresboro.

Due to an ongoing investigation involving the sale and trafficking of fentanyl, the RCSO ACE Team was contacted to assist at 2:38 AM. At this time, a search warrant was applied for and granted and at 5:43 AM a search warrant was executed at the residence.

Seized Items Include:

163.9 grams (5.78 oz) of powder fentanyl

1.38 grams of mushrooms

5 dosage units of Xanax

3 dosage units of Oxycodone

5 grams of marijuana

2 firearms

$716 in U.S. currency

Multiple items of drug paraphernalia

Multiple cell phones

Arrests Made: Michael Shannon Arrowood

Trafficking Opium/Heroin

Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substance
