Asheville -- July 25, 2026: The Asheville Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a teenager injured on Friday night.Officers responded to the 100 block of South French Broad Avenue at approximately 9:12 p.m. on July 24 following a report of a gunshot wound victim. Upon arrival, authorities located a teen male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
