Destiny Nicole Gilliland received a sentence in accordance with North Carolina's Structured Sentencing guidelines.
Gilland was sentenced to a minimum of 36 and a maximum of 104 months in the North Carolina Department of Adult Corrections.. She will be on supervised probation for a further 60 months after her release.
