Asheville Goombay Festival (Friday–Sunday, September 11–13): Taking place around Pack Square Park and The Block in downtown Asheville, this longstanding outdoor celebration highlights Affrilachian, African, and Caribbean culture with live music, dancing, craft vendors, and street food.
