Raleigh -- August 7, 2026: North Carolina Attorney General Jeff Jackson has filed a second lawsuit challenging the federal government's latest round of tariffs, asking a federal court to find that the administration exceeded its legal authority in imposing permanent tariffs under Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974.
