With this final phase, every one of the state's 100 counties now has access to this transformative, cloud-hosted platform for court records and services. This statewide completion builds on the success of earlier tracks, including the implementation in 11 western North Carolina counties in July of 2024, which first brought digital court records to that region to expand access to justice.

Online Filing (eFiling): Attorneys can now file documents electronically with the Clerk of Court's office in all 100 counties.
