McDowell County -- June 10, 2026: McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged 21-year-old Haven Michael Brown of Marion with felony Possession of Marijuana; felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell or Deliver Marijuana; misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia; and misdemeanor Simple Possession of a Controlled Substance.
