Keith was already on pretrial release, bond was refused.
The sheriff's office received a call from the Curtis Creek area on Sunday, September 7, regarding a stolen car. The victim said that while she was camping, Keith took her Chevrolet Trailblazer.
The N.C. Highway Patrol stopped Keith in the stolen car for a traffic infraction and arrested him for outstanding warrants before the victim reported.
