Officers with the Waynesville Police Department assisted Members of Homeland Security and the US Marshals-Carolina Regional Fugitive Task Force during a joint operation. Logan Pierce Plowucha, 20 years of age, was arrested and charged with numerous crimes.
Those crimes include the following:
-Felony Solicitation of a Child by Computer
-Felony 2nd Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor
- 10 counts of Felony 3rd Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

Plowucha is currently in custody and under a $250,000 secured bond.
