A search warrant was executed, an illegal handgun and narcotics were found
On September 10th, detectives and police carried out a search warrant at a home on Granada Street as part of their crime prevention efforts. An aerial perspective was provided by drones to aid in the evaluation of safety conditions.
Four people were detained during the search, including Wayne Devon Gullatte (01/01/1966), who was arrested and charged with Maintain Vehicle/Dwelling/Place for Controlled Substance, Possession With Intent to Manufacture, Sell, Deliver Schedule II x3, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Firearm by Felon. Gullatte was taken into custody without incident.

Gullatte was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under a $35,000 (or $3,500 to a bondsman) secured bond issued by a magistrate.
