Located right in our backyard at the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds, this event is a vital way for this 501(c)3 rescue to connect with the community. They need friendly faces to help serve drinks, chat with festival-goers, and share the story of their lovable "Misfit" residents. Join Misfit Mountain at this years Boho Hippie Festival 2026 at the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds! This is one of our favorite events-between the live music, good food, friendly folks, & super fun trinkets, bags, art, etc….we love getting to be apart of it all!
We are in need of volunteer help for Misfit Mountain’s table & the beverage table!
We need volunteers to:
• serve canned beverages (beer & non-alcoholic options)
• take payments
• greet festival goers
• talk about Misfit Mountain and what do we do!
