He was wanted for assault by strangulation, larceny of a motor vehicle, injury to personal property, trafficking in opium, possession of methamphetimine, first degree trespass, and traffic offenses. The USMS apprehended him without incident and served his warrants.
During the arrest, which occurred at a residence belonging to Irvin Franklin Freeman (07/10/1970), the following was seized:

66.03 grams of Fentanyl
14.34 grams of Cocaine
1 Sawed-off shotgun
1 Shotgun
1 Handgun
$850.00 U.S. currency
Detectives charged Freeman with Trafficking Methamphetamine and Possession With Intent to Manufacture, Sell, or Deliver Cocaine, with more charges to follow.
Freeman was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under a $260,000 (or $26,000 to a bondsman) secured bond issued by a magistrate.
