City of Asheville -- May 31, 2026: Asheville businesses, Riverbird Research, a division of the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce, is conducting a final assessment of our region’s economic landscape.
We are inviting you to participate in the third and final Business Response Survey. Your perspective plays an important role in helping shape how recovery efforts and regional decisions move forward. As with the previous surveys, your feedback is critical to understanding the storm’s long-term impacts and ensuring that our advocacy efforts with local, state, and federal partners are backed by accurate data.
All organizations are encouraged to take the survey, whether still recovering, fully recovered, minimally affected, or no longer operating. All responses are confidential and reported only in aggregate.

This survey will help us track business conditions in Western North Carolina 1.5 years post-Helene.
The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
