The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office was proud to take part in EMS Safety Camp earlier this week!
Capt. Kent Smith along with Lt. Seth Carver, Lt. Greg Stevenson, Lt. Jason Cook and Deputy Joey Vaughn all took part in the event and enjoyed spending time with the kids.
“Safety Camp is a great event put on by some incredible leaders and staff at Emergency Services,” said Sheriff Ricky T. Buchanan. “We are thankful for the opportunity to be part of something that helps teach kids important safety lessons while also allowing them to connect with first responders in a fun and positive way.”
