Asheville -- August 11, 2026: A late-night foot patrol by the Asheville Police Department in downtown Asheville led to the arrest of two individuals wanted on open warrants, as well as the seizure of illegal narcotics late Sunday evening.
Asheville -- August 11, 2026: A late-night foot patrol by the Asheville Police Department in downtown Asheville led to the arrest of two individuals wanted on open warrants, as well as the seizure of illegal narcotics late Sunday evening.At approximately 11:01 p.m. on August 9th, officers conducting proactive foot patrols along Haywood Street made contact with two individuals identified as Charles Wade Steiner, 60, and Samantha Mariah Scott, 33.Upon identifying the subjects, officers confirmed
