The Shooting on Biltmore Avenue
The violence broke out around 2:20 a.m. on Sunday, July 19, in the 250 block of Biltmore Avenue. According to witnesses and preliminary police reports, a crowd had gathered in the parking lot adjacent to Dalton's Distillery and Smile Starters as nearby venues closed.
