Buncombe County -- June 25, 2026: Terry Lee Branks has been arrested in Arden, facing multiple felony charges including: first-degree burglary and indecent exposure. The arrest follows incidents reported in a Buncombe County neighborhood.
Deputies initiated an investigation on May 22, after receiving complaints regarding a man exposing himself in the area of Ledbetter Road and Daphne Drive in Arden.. These reports were soon followed by additional complaints concerning a home invasion within the same Buncombe County neighborhood.

Following the investigation, Branks was taken into custody. He is now facing Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Larceny After Breaking or Entering, First-Degree Burglary and Indecent Exposure.
