Professional golf is officially returning to Western North Carolina this fall for the first time in more than 80 years. Tournament organizers announced that tickets are officially available for the inaugural Biltmore Championship Asheville, scheduled for September 17–20, 2026.
The landmark event will be hosted at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove in Arden. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, the premier course is famous for its dramatic Blue Ridge Mountain backdrops, significant elevation changes, and a challenging layout that promises to test the game's best.

The Biltmore Championship Asheville serves as a crucial stop on the PGA TOUR’s FedExCup Fall schedule. Because these late-season events heavily determine player status and eligibility for the following season, the competition will be fierce.
