Upon arrival, officers located a parked vehicle matching the description with two men, later identified as Travis Daniel Fowler (02/19/1997) and Jacob Lloyd Holt (07/05/1991), asleep inside with drug paraphernalia visible. Officers were able to awaken and make contact with the occupants by knocking on the window. During the arrest, Fowler and Holt were found to be in possession of 13g of Fentanyl, and they were taken into custody without incident.
